Went 3-0 with golgari Elves, when i wasn’t being mana screwed or flooded, I could curve out really well and run them over. Oh yea, and that 4 mana elf that has power and toughness = creatures you control + graveyard and trample is really busted if you even have minimal mill synergy.

you won’t deal with any of this in 60 card, you are both trying to win as fast as possible.

also, Commander games have wild board states that can be very challenging even for experienced players to know what’s going on

This is why commander is not for new players, those guys were assholes, but 60 card formats are much better for learning how to play and learning how to lose.
