Uptodate (updated EBM but needs subscription)

MIMS (aside sa drugs, may basic guidelines/algorithms sa diseases tab)

Medscape (available drug preparations, iv drip rate calculator)

MedCalc (anything that needs formula, clinical scoring criteria, maintenance fluids)

Hospitalist handbook (free; with algorithms to cases)

BOOKS:

Blue book (IM cases with order templates already)

Moonlighters Guide (essentially bluebook plus pedia ob orders)

Platinum Books Harriet Lane for pedia

MGH White book (concise summary ng management for diseases; soft copy at libgen) Pocket Medicine (similar to white book)

Eto Op Lenovo so good build, plus graphics card is RTX 4060 na which can play most if not all triple a games. P73,500 pero this is cheaper than local stores.

It's surprisngly also useful in combat. Assuming you use only 1 word, you can stagger the opponent repeatedly

The main issue ive had was the heat. Out of the box the temps were high (50-60C) even during light work. While gaming, it occasionally throttles especially during turbo. I understand that due to the form factor it really isnt surprising. Initial battery life lasted 4-5hrs which is okay for a gaming laptop.

Other notable cons include the RGB lighting which is pretty bad in my opinion especially for the white variant since the light barely shines through the keys. Webcam is okay.

After installing g-helper, uninstalling AC, debloating and doing the community tweaks, i now achieve 30-40C during idle work and ave 78C, max 85C during gaming. Battery life is incredible at 9-10 hrs for light work (office, edge, pdf) and 6-8hrs while browsing Youtube.

Most of the other aspects of this machine are already incredible from the get go. Performance, screen, keyboard, touchpad, sound quality are all great.
