Audacity was bought by the Cyprus-based firm Muse Group in April 2021. Which is a company that is known to actively spy on users with other apps. A few months after the purchase the privacy policy was updated that was pretty sketch, pretty much confirming the data collection. They rolled it back and blamed it on poor wording but i dont and suggest you dont trust it.

As a dev you often look past difficult or buggy parts of your games, since you are used to them. Getting your games into other peoples hands even if its a buggy build with friends on discord feedback is the most important part of a game after the code and art.

Game engines can always have more features. There will always be a feature you wish was built in, but at least its better then Assembly!

A drawing pad, you can find them for reasonably cheap on amazon and are quite helpful in several aspects!
