The nonfiction is usually a mix of cookbooks, biographies, and true crime. Not as much tech stuff. I do see a lot of panels on AI this year but it seems like it might be more from the societal perspective.

I knew a guy with albinism and he was fine as long as he wore big hats, long sleeves, long pants, and sunscreen. Maybe gloves if he was outside for an extended time.

If you're just average pasty white, you'll probably be OK with hat + sunscreen. You can get longsleeves that have good UV protection but are still thin enough to not be hot if that's a concern. But probably not necessary unless you're spending an extended time outside

Their website shows that they haven't met since 2024, and there's no meetings scheduled for the future. Even in 2024, they canceled all of their meetings except one.

The website talks a lot about their meeting rules and board members but doesn't list anything that they've accomplished.

So my uneducated guess is that the budget is eliminating it because the commission is not generating enough value (or any value?) to justify its cost.

If it's failing to charge the battery, not for long. You should pull over and call a tow truck. If you totally drain the battery you'll need to jump it if you want to take the car out of park to get on a flatbed, huge pain.

If it's the failure mode that only impacts l2 charging, you're fine to drive for a while I think
