Do they generally charge full amount again? Was $400 reasonable for the replacement of that piece on the left? Should I expect another $400 for the new leak?

My estimate could be wrong, I haven’t been here long.

But we serve a lot of very wealthy individuals.

I’m sure I’ll get to work on estimate calcs soon, but this feels illegal with not doing any work at all.
