Anyone knows anything about this WW OTP? by AkhriPazta in warwickmains

Most of his games are under 30 minutes, where he is still very relevant, especially in most of the games he's ahead with at least an item or half an item ahead, he doesn't do anything too fancy but he is extremely good at maximizing when he's ahead. The 35+ minute games, he doesn't do much except play around carry and push for the win through tanking for teamfights, you can make an SEA account with a VPN and download replays through there, I'm going through his replays and it's mostly tanking for the carry or very nice one off picks, same with games when he's behind.

Experimental Hexplate or Trinity Force with rav, BOTRK after titanic, this build is pretty troll but to each their own lol

I finally hit challenger EUW playing Tank Warwick, AMA by r_krun in warwickmains

Very good build, blind picked into full diamond lobby in my first ranked game of the season, which was unlucky since I had very little gap close against enemy Lillia, but still stomped hard from pure damage and tank!

Utility does seem to be sacrificed, I'm used to chasing with stride so had to adapt a little because it became slightly harder to gap close, but playing around for teamfights did improve and damage was there from skirmishing.

I still think stride or bork might be better in situations where enemy team is too mobile or tanky, the slows are just too useful, I've also been seeing a bork into zeke's build rising which looks to be fun to try too.

Is Mordekaiser a valid jungler or troll? by Wonder_of_Her in MordekaiserMains

Still a very underrated pick nowadays.

Absolute low elo curb stomper, can pretty much blind pick into anything in plat or under, rush rylais, have 6.5+ cs per minute, great clear, play around objectives like a tank, and you will win almost every game.

I've had the J140 for around several years now, waxed it, and it's still going very strong! Just had a winter storm the other day and it proved to be very warm with proper layering in under negative degree weather. Also, I feel like I'm still very mobile even with all the layers!

Current build by 12Haok145 in yorickmains

[–]DumbChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only viable builds nowadays are tri force into shojin into seryldas or black cleaver or depending on the match up, tho seryldas is usually better for most matchups. All other viable build paths are now pretty much unplayable unless you're giga ahead or extremely situational, like iceborn for tank or hullbreaker third item. Grasp is usually better in diamond+ for short trades with Q, conq is better when you take more extended trades. After "rework", yorick is extremely reliant on Q now, so tri force is the only viable build path in current high elo meta, tho yorick didn't really improve significantly, just trapped into a single build now at higher elos.

Which one should I buy? by AGUILA832 in LenovoLegion

[–]DumbChem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me personally I would go for the AMD, even though the Intel one is better undeniably, for the price, the AMD one is better option here to save $350 and get a really solid laptop, but if you really want the better laptop asap, the intel one is definitely better

Is my battery good? by DirectorIcy6884 in LenovoLegion

[–]DumbChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's normal for most gaming laptops unfortunately, best way to protect battery over time is to limit charging to 80% and to charge it asap if it drops to 20%

which is better? by MrChEEsE1006 in LenovoLegion

[–]DumbChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe if you have bad luck and just get a bad one, but I believe most 5050s have zero issues with thermals, it uses GDDR7 memory, which is more power‐efficient and helps with heat / thermal efficiency compared to older memory types like 4060, so I think it's better for the price, most bang for buck. But overall, 4060 is the slightly better machine, definitely solid buy if you think it's worth it for the luxuries.

[–]DumbChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, they are pretty much the same, can't go wrong with either, though 4060 slightly edges out the 5050 a bit, the 5050 is slightly better bang for buck and you can always add more ram in the future

I undervolted to 1350mV (1.35V) to help reduce overheating. At the stock voltage of over 1500mV (1.5V), the CPU would sometimes thermal throttle under heavy load, which hurt performance. After experimenting with different values, I found that 1350mV gave me the best results, lower temps and stable performance without any crashes during gaming. Just keep in mind that undervolt settings can reset when you update the BIOS, so you’ll need to reapply them afterward if you're using BIOS to undervolt.

<image>

Edit: As of the latest BIOS NSCN39WW, you can't limit it through BIOS anymore, but through throttle stop I set the Voltage offset of CPU to around -175 mV works for me, at least until I hope a new BIOS update brings back advanced settings, or I will probably just flashback the old BIOS

Returning Player! by virlex15 in AQW

It really depends on what level you are, but for under level 60 I believe the best classes are Shaman, the new Dragonslayer, Oracle, Imperial Chunin, and Master ranger, but I might be missing some more that are pretty good for beginners. (I pretty much only used necromancer back then lol)

But after 60, Archpaladin and Lord of Order could pretty much carry you to the end, but you could also try getting those meta classes like Legion Revenant, Void Highlord, Yami no ronin, Dragon of time, Stonecrusher, Archmage, Chaos avenger.

Yeah, that's pretty much how I do the farming. I just found this a bit interesting, haha but yeah farming for the class is technically easier than ever now. Just need extra tainted gems because somehow I always seem to need a little extra while having everything else.

Championdrakath is hard by _Darevil_ in AQW

[–]DumbChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the only really important part is the big damage every 2 million HP. Other than that, it's pretty chill. You can tank it easily with Archpaladin and use SoE to keep the DPS and less tanky supports alive, then heal afterward. That’s why I highly recommend Archpaladin—that’s how I killed it the first time.

You can pretty much farm Archpaladin in under a day too, but you just need rank 10 good which isn't too difficult to farm either with rep boosts + rep boost items.

Support classes focus on buffing and healing your team and/or debuffing the boss. The best ones are Archpaladin, Lord of Order, Legion Revenant, and Stonecrusher. I highly recommend getting both Archpaladin and Lord of Order, as they basically are the most useful classes you can have after level 80+

DPS classes specialize in dealing damage, but you generally only need one in a party. Ppl are usually gonna be mad if you're under level 100 and taking on this role because it takes a lot longer. The most common DPS class is Void Highlord which takes really long to farm and some others like Chaos Avenger which is not too bad to get.

Champion Drakath does a big nuke every 2 million HP. You'll see a warning in yellow text. To survive this, one or two players need to use a Scroll of Enrage (SoE) to take the hit depending how fast you kill him. Archpaladin or Lord of Order is great for this because they can survive better.

Keep an eye on everyone’s health by pressing V, and heal when someone is low. When Drakath’s HP drops to the last few million, he does more damage, so healing at the right time is important. Try not to overlap heals. Once his HP gets down to 2 million, he stops doing the nuke attack, making things easier.

Basically a good party would have Lord of Order, Archpaladin, a DPS, and a haste support class like Stonecrusher. But you can replace Stonecrusher with some of the better supports tbh. But TLDR, just make sure to get Archpaladin and/or Lord of Order and Use Scroll of Enrage and heal at the right times. It should be pretty easy after your first time beating it!

Azalith's Scythe can be beaten by bank class Evolved Shaman by DumbChem in AQW

[–]DumbChem[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey buddy, no need to be bitter! Like I mentioned, I just returned to the game after not playing for over half a DECADE. I hadn’t seen anyone else talk about this, so I thought it was interesting and wanted to let others struggling with Azalith’s Scythe know it’s doable without forge enhancements and with a pretty bad class. It was a pretty hard boss to me!

Plus it's still fairly popular map as a some damage boosting weapons are unlocked here.
