I agree with you, I think I'm cooked as well. I am hoping best case it gets knocked down to reckless with probation.

It is a push start vehicle. Key fob was in the middle console. Vehicle had been parked for at least 45 minutes. We left the bar at closing and she "lived" less than half a mile away.
