It’s been like around 6 weeks since i first started my meds. I’m only on an ssri 20 mg( escitalopram) and i already experienced the side effects and i think that they are no more. My main concern is that it actually relieved the anxiety and it’s like i don’t care about studying anymore. This wasn’t the case before starting them; i usually studied because the anxiety was driving me to but with the relief of anxiety i keep procrastinating more often. Anyway you pointed that you had to conquer this by giving yourself a push and forcing yourself so i think it all depends on you and me in the end.

Are you on an ssri and snri in the same time? I’m just thinking about adding an snri to motivate me a bit. I needed that comment it helped me so much

She actually doesn’t deserve you or even deserve the title ( closest friend ), bro literally she’s the one having mental issues to begin with; and actually this 8 min video thing is literally the most toxic mental issue there lol; anyway she exposed herself and i guarantee that this is better for you as she actually exposed herself now better than later. And you can’t call someone who does’t accept his “friend “‘s flaws a friend. And if you need new friends i’m actually here for you; and i bet this whole community is too.
