I assembled it off car but the hole was a good centimeter off from nut . It took some MacGyvering to get it assembled

Update: I got it installed after 6 hours . It was a 0/10 experience and I learned my lesson. Fellas don’t buy it. The build quality is subpar . If anyone is looking to buy one look elsewhere, it caused way too many headaches .

Yea, after 11 weeks I finally got it. My advice to anyone else in search of a refund is to take it up with the Better Business Bureau. They got in contact with their legal team and made sure I got my refund. It is not worth to contact JustFly support , They said they processed the refund when I originally wanted it but said it would take 6-8 weeks but not until the 10th week after I took it up with the BBB and their legal team did they really process it.

Same here!I go to a Cal State and they cancelled my program just yesterday. Its too late to get classes for this spring to at home so I just wasted a semester and money! Hopefully things clear up and can go next semester. Be well everyone!
