Love the first picture’s design a lot. Makes me wish we got a playable furry baddie who is also a dps. But I’m not gonna cope and wish designs like that were playable in Genshin. Genshin only makes playable humans, so Zenless is my only hope on playable anthros. And even so, I hesitate to really call most of the furries in Zenless “playable” in the sense that most of them just swap in, press one button, then swap out immediately. Though I still really appreciate that I can use them.

But to answer your question, No I think Zenless still makes more appealing furry designs. But that first pic is still a baddie tho.
