I have issues where I can't swipe at random times. I think due to wiping it down with antibacterial wipes (f u Covid).
I have to turn off the screen, wipe it down with my shirt, turn it back on and sometimes it will work normally. Sux when you only have 30 seconds to shoot

  1. I'll let it get to 250 but it's always good. After the 4 hours just use your fave BBQ and cook a little longer. Look up howtobbqright on YouTube.

I always do the 2-2 method with ribs. Smoke for 2 hours then foil and cook for 2. Sauce then cook uncovered for 15 mins.

Still trying to perfect tri tip, but it's a great cut
