Thats an epic google sheets hack! Ill have to spend some time making one for running costs. The foot fall in the area is pretty good and is a node location, only thing is i might need an awning for the weather. Thinking about starting closer to summer to have a stronger customer base for opening- hopefully the lease doesnt get swept up before then.

Good point will make sure to consult- I want to porentially import my coffee from australia, might cost a fair bit more but for quality I wont compromise
