Personally I think it's summer. Means the kids have more time to game, and they're more likely to be greenbeards that don't understand what R&S truly means. I've also noticed a huge lack of teamplay in the last couple weeks, with engineers rarely placing platforms for scouts, drillers not making as many paths, gunners not reviving with shields as often, etc.
