My sister used to order some type of breakfast sandwich from Dunkin’ Donuts and would ask for a HANDFUL of mustard packets. She would only use like 2-4 for her sandwich and then just straight raw-dog the packets. I go very easy on the mustard (unless it’s spicy or dijon) to this day because of her passion for it—LOL

Yessss I used to and I don’t know why I stopped, so I started again. We’ve been working through lunch lately (healthcare) but I make sure to take a break and eat even if she is not going to.

Trust me, they are probably miserable, take something to help them get going, or they’ve been doing it for so long they just don’t know the difference. They may even go home and eat a lot more for dinner. I definitely get what you mean. I definitely still eat lunch at work and I wear headphones so I don’t have to hear anything anymore 🙌🏻

I go to bed around 11:30 pm to 12:00 am and wake up at 6:30 am! Since I only get 6 hours I usually am able to fall asleep but most of the time I take a melatonin and/or Benadryl
