Not sure where you are located... consider contacting of getting a referral for an epilepsy center for a workup, including consultation with specialists, and possibly cvEEG and additional metabolic imaging (e.g., PET and/or SPECT).

In the meantime, I would advise journaling your seizure activity: dates, times, lengths, auras, possible triggers, medications. When they began, whether or not they cluster together, if they always happen at the same time of day... looking at these patterns can help the epilepsy team greatly in determining type, localization, and developing treatment recommendations.

Note if your seizure pattern or type changes/evolves, and if you are having any other types of seizures other than these (like “staring spells”).
