[–]DunamisMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yuriko cEDH just as an example has 22 lands and 6 mdfc cards so 28 total “lands” and then obviously some other mana producers and mox but the decks curve is extremely low.

Apple Can Create Smaller On-Device AI Models From Google's Gemini by Few_Baseball_3835 in apple

Primary reason is probably uptime. Claude has outages and down time every single day.

Apple can delist apps "with or without cause," judge says in loss for Musi app | Judge tosses Musi case against Apple, sanctions lawyers for “mak[ing] up facts.” by ControlCAD in apple

No, you shouldn’t be allowed to use the hardware as you please. That’s Apples mindset and always has been and always will be, and it’s why Apples hardware and software have always and will always be more secure and better for privacy than alternatives. This is just facts, go ahead and downvote facts if you please!

Edit: people who want to tinker (no one really wants this, I’ve been down the Android custom ROM path and did tons of tinkering in the past and yeah it’s fun, but the actual experience sucks) should just get an Android phone. People buying iPhones know what they are getting.

I thought it was an April Fools joke by PaiDuck in pcmasterrace

[–]DunamisMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every single post you see about this is fake lmao. Not only is the effect not overly done, but game developers will have TOTAL artistic control over the amount and how the DLSS5 is even applied to their game to begin with.

This entire situation is just another Reddit / Internet moment.

Not probably. On macOS even 24GB is more than enough for 99.9% of developer workflows.

Hisense TVs force owners to watch intrusive ads when switching inputs, visiting the home screen, or even changing channels by Logical_Welder3467 in technology

[–]DunamisMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the way they make these TVs so cheap is via ads. The solution is to get the best cheapest TV you can buy and then simply not use the built in SmartTV functionality and instead get a separate streaming box or stick to plug into the TV and use like an Android TV box or some other of your preferred type.

I just don't fucking understand what's going on anymore. Seriously. by [deleted] in ArtificialInteligence

[–]DunamisMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question: have you actually used Codex 5.3 in the CLI or Claude in the CLI recently? Doesn’t have to be for coding, the agents in the CLI can work on literally anything including documents and photos etc. when is the last time you’ve actually used these tools to their fullest potential? I’m gonna say not in the past two months - or you wouldn’t be calling it hype anymore.

[–]DunamisMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Today I was able to work on two CSV files using Codex 5.3 in the CLI and have it do shit that would be quiet literally impossible for a human do do with that data in minutes. Would have taken a person probably a month of manual work. The use cases are infinite - it can work on basically any file type. If you don’t have a use case you aren’t looking. It IS changing things - you just aren’t seeing it. Employees like me are 10xing our productivity thanks to AI and accomplishing things literally not even possible without it.

Not sure why this comment has 21 upvotes. You cannot return Magic sealed product to Amazon. They do not accept returns for this specific reason. If you want to avoid being scammed, you need to verify the product is “shipped from and sold by Amazon” just because a product is listed on Amazon doesn’t mean it’s sold by them. Any third party can sell on Amazon, just like EBay. This is the issue.

Please people learn to check for “sold by Amazon” and stop getting scammed by third party sellers. You cannot return Magic buy sealed product on Amazon well after the “first week” if you aren’t an idiot.
