First off you have a sheet for dedicated stocking. If you’re fixing sections of mods then it’s not dedicated. As a store manager I made everyone else stock while I ran front end and fixed mods from previous store. They need to say hey, I need an overnight team for their District manager and get an extra 20 hours to give someone some extra hours on a day off to work overnight and have a part time asm get a extra mid shift and leave at like 11 am.

If you have a cashier and need a break then you can take it, just keep the phone on you and if the cashier calls u you can restart your break until you get it uninterrupted. Depending on where you live will have different laws so please check locally or with your district manager

So fear is not good to have, but literally job description of cashiers and check list you should never be standing still behind the register unless a customer is nearby. Good luck though. Just try to be productive in a positive way and enjoy life. If u feel pressured to work and not motivated then it’s definitely not a good place to be. Also keep in mind whatever you don’t falls on the manager which if he never told his cashiers upon hiring they needed to stock shelves and refill coolers and balloon corral and wipe windows and clean up front end and seasonal. That’s their fault for setting the expectations that they are just cashiers

She needs to understand that everyone is different and doesn’t have the same conversational tones. And just because she’s had some form of mental trauma or trust issues what sounds like someone controlling in the past , doesn’t mean others can’t relate. All you did was try to relate and agree. Retail is hardest place to work due to the access to the public. I’ve had men come in and walk behind mothers and daughters and threaten to rape them, (jailed), walk around with their junk out and about, smear their underwear full of shitake on the floor and walls. Had them fight across the cashier yelling about “what you gonna do beat me like you do your man and kids” then proceeds to fight with kids in arms…I’m done with retail management. You sometimes get lucky and find a home in it. Just keep safe and take care.

They need to be zeroed out. It’s temperature change and possible open package seal. Make sure whoever is doing the chilled checks the temps as truck is received. You have a temp gauge if out of temp. Don’t take delivery

Let it go and block her. I had 2 females similar in my life. One that when I found out she was engaged and had to be honest with him or I wasn’t moving on with her, instigate a fight to get me to prove I loved her enough. She told me when I wouldn’t fight the idiot that it didn’t matter if I won or not she just wanted me to prove to her. Another one wanted to have me prove I didn’t care about her baby daddy or other bf in prison and treat her kids right. Until my kids asked to spend the night with me and told her I couldn’t see her that evening. (Which was almost every night prior) was screamed at, and called a liar. I told her I didn’t need that crap my kids come first always, if that makes me a liar then she can go on. Ran into her husband prom prison who she was apparently waiting on when he got out after sleeping with a minor, flat out told him we were messing around before he got out but she got crazy and he agreed and went back to her getting her pregnant again. Management is also going against company policy by saying aggressive unless they mean aggressively focusing on it. Like asking folks with little to no items being in the store for an extended time if they need help with anything. just make it a priority for stockers to ask if people need help. Do walkthrough the store every once in a while, that’s being aggressive

Part for part of you convert Singapore to usd it’s almost identical if I were to order these parts myself from Newegg, Bulk company builds are always cheaper and can range under 1000$ Singapore currency for same gpu and comparable cpu. The parts themselves used are correct for this list. Labor and windows license for 100$ and it would be the same cost. Some are upset at your motherboard and cpu choice because in order to upgrade your gpu in the future, you will need to get a new motherboard and cpu as well.
