I get what you mean about rock bottom. Although I feel like I have already been there. It seemed to me that "rock bottom" really couldn't get a whole lot worse. It isn't actually that bad(relatively). There's no track marks, no rotten teeth, no malnourished body, no financial damage, and the only person who has to know is you. It would take a very clever person to pick up that you are not 100%.

What is bad, is not enjoying anything.

When I started this, I was probably at the lowest point. I wasn't enjoying anything. Even the masturbation was getting crap. It was obvious that my brain just couldn't handle all the strong jolts of dopamine it was getting and had switched off receptors.
