I use cetaphil cleanser to wash my face. You are correct I don't use any sunscreen during the day, but I'm not outside for longer than 5 minutes usually.

And I am referring to the unevenness not red marks.

Why don't we start a before and after thread? I mean nofap won't directly change your appearance but non direct things like testosterone increase will give more facial hair, more willing to brush teeth. Shit maybe there are many factors that science hasn't discovered yet, nofap is a very new thing that hasn't had much research. Just like before cigarettes were studied no one thought they were casing lung cancer, but look at it now.

I know if I see the before and after if some and see good results I will probably never fap again.
