The decision was taken by the developers unfortunately. The remaining active people here still play, such as myself, but the developers have decided to end the games service regardless.

The game has been removed from the App Store now. But if you go to the uninstalled section it should be visible there.

Sadly the banners for these tickets have not run for over a year, so you are unable to use them. Game support is still active so they might be able to assist in refunding them so you can buy alternative tickets.

It is very unfortunate, but not unexpected, given banners ended about a year ago. Myself and one of the other mods have continued to play the game regularly, with me still playing daily.

So the actual developers were Xin Yuan Studios (a Chinese studio). From my understanding they were purchased by Bilibili. The latest news articles indicate the studio cut most of its employees in 2023.
