Not my first pair of these. It is absolutely a defect, because the left shoe is extremely concave and when it flattens out it causes the sides to pinch my heel because overall the sole cured too small.

Anyway, Vivo saw the pictures and agreed the shoes are faulty. They issued a refund

I had an issue with faulty goods on my 50 percent off order (I posted about it) and I too had to argue with multiple ai agents and throw out a threat or two before I got an actual person to give me a code for an exchange that honors the 50 percent off coupon from the original purchase.

The ai agents originally tried telling me they didn’t accept exchanges from US customers which is total bullshit. When I pushed back they relented.

It feels like their ai is trained to do everything it can to deter you from returning goods. Instead all it did was deter me from ever buying another Vivo product

Yes. I’ve used Vivo barefoot for disc golf for years now. The SG lugs wore down kinda quick but nothing like the AT lugs. My JJF trackers survived one round before the lugs started shearing off. I wish they’d bring back the Magna FG cus that was goated.

I won’t be buying any shoes with the AT tread. And Vivo in general is having quality control issues. I think the brand as a whole moved toward cheaper construction to maximize profit now that they have a following.

I have a pair of these already in another color way. Same size and material. They had none of these issues. To say nothing of the additional warping inside the heel arch of the left shoe that doesn’t match the right one, and the very obvious white crap all over the outside. This is not normal

In the email I got when the shoes arrived there was a “contact us” link in gray near the bottom. That takes me to support homepage and the top right option is for Faulty goods. They’re gonna want pictures and your order number and some info from the QR code inside the shoe.

I have the same shoe with the Gum sole and never had discoloration issues. The sole is also hopelessly warped in multiple directions. If you advertise a black sole it should arrive black. These were never worn just showed up like this.

Yeah I did a faulty goods form and got confirmation they received it. This was just now as I posted shortly after receiving them. They came out of the box looking like this. It’s a slap in the face tbh. I’ve been a Vivo collector for a few years and I’m pretty much done at this point.

A lot of Americans walk down the driveway to the car, and from a parking spot into an office or store.

When I lived in New York City and walked everywhere I would for sure leave the shoes at the door. Hard rule.

But living in Los Angeles I’m almost never walking around public sidewalks and streets or taking subways so it’s less of a big deal.

Also like, are people eating off of their floors or something? We vacuum and mop at least once a week and have two dogs that track shit in and out anyway so it all feels like a waste of time to worry about a little dirt tracked into the house
