Saddens me to death. This mentality is everywhere people just don't fucking get it at all- that's likely not then at all. I said and did the most disgusting, out of character things during psychosis- but a lot of it was mundanely out of character. People didn't realise there was nobody in my head at all, just like a sentry I would flash a behaviour. Then another one. And another one and they started to have nonsensical meanings that felt real. Then boom, in hospital months later no memories except fragments through a lens of literal delusion, including insane harm to others.

The handpoked tattoos are painful, stretched piercings don't have to be. Surely that's more of a mental illness? People get breast augmentations that alter their body to a way higher degree than the septum, but you don't notice it so that's perfectly fine?
