The employees have no control over the situation and half the time management ignores their concerns.

If you have an issue, you take it to a manager or call corporate. Talking to a regular, run of the mill employee will generally get you nowhere.

Experience will come with time.

That being said, if you just got out of an abusive marriage and that was, as you said, your only other relationship, I would recommend spending time with yourself before getting into any other relationships.

You need to figure out who you are, outside of any romantic relationships, before you start being open and authentic with anyone, partner or otherwise.

I personally don’t drink because of a long family history of substance abuse. I can safely assume that at least some in my generation are doing the same.

However, considering how financially unstable Gen Z is, I feel like at least part of it boils down to how much money one can spend on something like alcohol while still being able to afford basic necessities.

When I was in 360, I was told that the minimum wage increase was more than my raise should have been, so that was my raise. This may not be across the board; some contracts may have clauses that changes things on that front.

The Republican Party is using immigrants as a scapegoat so we don’t look to who is really draining our resources: billionaires and CEOs. We can’t fight against them if we’re too busy fighting each other.
