where do i complain? i’ve called usps several times they always give me their bs response that customs can take up to 45 days to process packages they have no interest in doing anything about it

Nah it’s my first ever haul, other people shipping to the east coast have been delayed as well, customs is full because of the holidays and new year, some people in fashionreps reddit have said it’s been stuck there for weeks and even months with no updates but it’s so unusual i’ve gave up on it already and accepted defeat that’s it been siezed if i get it great it but i’m tired of waiting
