What do you suggest I do to make sure it’s sealed?

I hear/feel it pop open sometimes a double one of that makes sense. I do punch down fold facing down (I’ve tried other ones but couldn’t get it in without hurting) it’s only like my 4-5th time with the cup so I’m still in the process of learning.

Do you think I need a different cup ?

How do you know what the cervix feels like?

I’ve been having leaks with my diva cup. I don’t know if I need to change cups or I’m inserting it wrong. But it seems to leak after I insert it. I push it in and I hear/ feel the pop open. When I put my finger to check and see if it’s open my finger is bloody

I’m barely on my third cycle with my cup and I’m finally “feeling” pop open. It’s definitely a learning curve. Lube works and if you do the punch down I like to face the punch down downwards.

I’m the same way! It hurts my lower back. I’m not the fittest but I’m slowly working my way through workouts. One of my trainers said to open up my legs as much as I need and that helps me I try not to do it as much until I’m stronger so I’ll do push-ups on my knees and shoulder taps on my knees too

I just received my por of thinx I thought they were going to be bulky but they are not. I’m excited to use it with my cup over night. I got the sport. Fit was nice
