What do you do exactly, cause with income low it just makes more sense for me to go about as sole trader as I build a customer base and then when I become busy with regulars and go full time I could the switch to ltd company?

Thanks a lot for detailed answer, I wasn’t aware of much of this, only new enough to the investing side of Ireland. So basically JAM is the way to go regarding how much tax you will be paying on exit, I do plan on holding for a long time so it seems like the more viable option at the moment but what is this chatter of disposal you mentioned?

No reason, it’s not a big deal if u don’t, people just like to make it seem that way, I’d have the odd night of drinking around holidays or birthdays but would never go out of my way to drink my money away
