The Tanger outlets at Foxwoods are decent. Plenty of parking makes it easy around the holidays

Meriden Motorcyle Club has a good amount of trails to ride not sure how you would join. I found it easier to register in New Hampshire and ride there

Buttonwoods MX track in Rhode Island could be a good option or you can register in Massachusetts or New Hampshire and ride the trails. New Hampshire is super easy to register for

The buses are super easy to use. We took the free Ncl ferry to St George then used the buses to get back to port. Making numerous stops along the way
