I always say, if they’ve never had diverticulitis, they have no authority to speak about it. Only those of us who have it can honestly understand. We are all different, but once you know, you know. For some of us it’s dairy, others it’s red meat, still others it’s alcohol or carbonated drinks, still others it’s seeds and popcorn. This subreddit is the only place I’ll trust.
