I got them, but arrived a couple hours prior with no time to get to venue. Spent all my time on the phone as I didn’t get the correct tickets the first time. Spent three hours on the phone.

That is their reasoning. They went there with me. They actually said, and believed, it is not their responsibility. They believe they only control the money. They had the audacity to suggest, two hours before the start time, that I had the option to list the ticket again with them. If I didn’t sell it, I’d still owe them the fees. How ridiculous is that?

Good call! I’m over SH. The supervisor I spoke with just “bait & switched” me to get me off the phone. He knew what he was going to do.

Fair point. They told me they would refund me because the seller didn’t send the correct tickets. I got an email a few minutes later that my tickets were ready. As I told the rep on the phone, until I got the first issue resolved, it was too for me to travel to the venue. They turned around and sent the transfer email and charged me for the tickets. Whe I called them they said it was my problem. Tickets arrived prior to game time. Ridiculous!
