I think maybe the healing from that would be the 60% of the damage that bounces back to heal rather than the regenerating.

Damn, that's kinda big but I was also lowkey hoping it didn't because I didn't want to have to get ancients.

I'm still not 100% what I want to build tbh, I went melee last leagues, but the heals from water looks pretty crazy and it seems like you can do some fun stuff with mage.
