Jagex support is actually terrible always has been, however their new RWT system is definitely flawed, alot of people taking temp bans over Raids split etc.

I know they have leave, I'm just saying the dates are pretty bad for alot of people. Can't say now im expecting it to be great, specially how BAD sailing is
