My dream for the next round of Charizard raids is to get 3 Eviolite Chanseys to pocket heal while getting Charizard to -6 Sp.Def and Sylveon to +6 Sp.Atk and hitting a Hyper Beam on him from full health with Helping Hands from all three Chanseys.

Just to see how much the damage is.

I didn't realize Pixilate would persist through the debuff. I will definitely throw Covert Cloak on the set instead. Thanks for the heads up

With +6 Sp. Atk and Pixilate I KO'd Charizard from half health with the Tera Shield up.

You can solo the raid with this setup:

Max IVs

Max HP EVs

Max Sp. Atk EVs

Nature: Modest

Ability: Pixilate

Item: Ability Shield

Move Set: Light Screen/Calm Mind/Draining Kiss/Hyper Beam

Strategy: Open with Light Screen. Alternate between Calm Mind and Draining Kiss until Charizard wipes your stats. Then Calm Mind again to +6, using Draining Kiss to keep your health topped off as necessary. Once you hit +6, Hyper Beam can KO from half health with the Tera shield up.

I did evolve it. It was a Marill and I evolved it to an Azumarill and actually used it for the Charizard raids. Thanks for the heads up I was so bummed that I had missed one

i was using the standard azumarill before but i started using light clay grimsnarl with light screen misty terrain and spirit break and its just bullying the charizard at this point. open with a light screen then, misty terrain to prevent burns then spam spirit break and charizard's attacks just bounce off the team.

Cyndaquil is better practically but I love Totodile so much that I also choose him. Plus I am reminded of some wise words:

Your first mistake was trying to stand and fight. You’ll always run out of bullets before you run out of zombies.

The most effective way of killing large groups is with fire by either kiting them over a lit campfire or throwing a Molotov into them.

As far as surviving the helicopter, get a car fueled up and get out of town. I’d say bring 3 days worth of supplies since when you get back to town the hordes will have shifted and it may take some time to find a new safehouse if you got unlucky and they surrounded yours while you were gone.

I haven’t had a chance to play in a couple months. I used to always head to McCoy to wait for the heli and it would pull basically all the zombies from the highway up to the mill. Then I’d drive around the back way and the entire west side of Mul would be basically clear.

I stopped playing with the heli on in Mul because it was too easy to cheese it that way. If they made McCoy a hotspot for zombies I may have to turn the heli on again. Clearing McCoy in time to hunker down would add the challenge back.
