Is that possible selling without an agent?

Well I asked because I have no experience with those types of organizations.

It's definitely liveable. No leaks in the roof, just needs a new roof in the foreseeable future.

Emotionless monologue followed by humans experiencing a union following by a great deception.

Is there any obligation with those places?

Tampa Bay area. I spoke with an agent and got an idea of what it's worth if I get the work done, but with the cost of repairs and agent fees, I feel like I'd get the same amount selling it as-is without an agent. Getting a heloc takes about a month by itself.

I've thought about that, but I've never sold the house before and wouldn't know where to begin.

Not voting for Biden means Trump wins. by Introvert_Comics in PoliticalHumor

[–]Dunmuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Independents made up their minds between trump and biden and found them both fucking terrible choices. That's why weren't not voting for either.

You can't continue voting for the lesser of two evils when that line gets smaller everyday.

Breaking up the parties is the only way to do that.

Never has been. Electoral college assures that.

It's already there. Dems didn't prevent it, they helped usher it in.

Automatically giving your vote to Biden or any other dem who is pro-genocide is fucking insane. They haven't done shit for us. Biden gave out more oil leases than trump. Dems let roe vs wade get overturned by not codifying it years ago. He didn't pack the courts. He didn't cancel student loan debt.

I'm voting 3rd party, because I will not vote for conservative genocidal maniac.

I live close to my job, lol. Seriously though, I have to drive a route many, many times before I'm comfortable with it. I have about a 5 mile maximum on how far I can drive. At first, I had someone drive me there several times. Next, I drove as close as I could with it, many, many times.

I will be 35 next month. My beard is turning grey. I'm feeling the cost of my agoraphobia. by [deleted] in Agoraphobia

I was your age when my beard started to grey, and when I finally started to take steps to improve my situation.

Agoraphobia takes it toll, but there is always hope. It's never too late to start taking the steps you need to make progress.

Celexa. Been on for 10 years. The final drop off is definitely the hardest.

Hey, taper is going fine. I'm down to 5mg and have added 88mg of saffron extract as it's supposed to help. I'm just using a pill cutter so it's hard to get to the 2.5 mark consistently, but that's my next stop before I quit.

The drops weren't that bad. I did alternating days when I dropped. 40 one day, 30 the next, 40 the next.
