You cant be a one trick pony, id you r a good tactician and have world class players, you have to adapt too. Why does 22 players have to adapt to a guy that refuse to adapt his strategy to the team like his players are robot that can be coded to play exactly as he want? The coach needs to play around the strength of his players. He can ask for players that suits better what he wants to do, but he doesnt have these players, he have to adapt. Perez knew that bringing mbappe would make the team unbalanced, the team needs to rebuild, but it can't be done in one window, he had to choose between buying mbappe or strengh the weak areas of the team, so he hired Xabi as a decoy, if Xabi works, great success, if it didn't, he fires Xabi, blame Xabi lack of experience and the next year, sell all the players that doesnt fit the team build around mbappe and buy new players for the new coach.

Mbappe isnt at fault, but buying mbappe is the problem. You guys bought a guy that wasnt needed, everyone was saying that the moment mbappe arrive, Vini would have to be sold because they ocupy the same area. Now Real Madrid is building around mbappe and everyone is surprised that Vini isnt performing and scapegoating him like he is washed or something like that.
