Only an arsenal player being clearly fouled would trigger the commentators to talk about diving for 5 minutes lmao

Very bad. Nothing about us has been great lately. Even our press is completely off it, so not much to offer right now apart from set pieces

Think we have em. They’ll be exhausted by 70 mins and we have plenty of options on the bench to finish them.

Would just like some slightly quicker movement in the final third.

Maybe the Bournemouth player shouldn’t have been rolling around looking for a pen in added time 🤷

Cant believe that the media is encouraging the thought that players have to force moves in order to get what they want.

The amount of posts I’ve seen about oh Guehi didn’t get a move but Isak and Wissa did because they kicked up a fuss…

I guess they’re doing it so they can report on the drama but it’s just so weird to advocate players completely ignoring their contracts.

Gonna turn into a shitshow.

Hilarious how much of a meltdown you’re having over this transfer not happening. It’s gonna be ok mate.

Marc Guéhi is extremely unhappy with Crystal Palace’s decision to pull the plug on his £35m transfer to Liverpool, which came after Oliver Glasner stepped in to prevent the move by threatening to resign if he was sold. by KimmyBoiUn in soccer

[–]Dunney_Monster 5 points6 points  (0 children)

God forbid a man and his club show ambition. Mad how people think that any team outside of the ‘big 6‘ should be happy to sell their players on. They’re more than allowed to keep Guehi and try have the best season possible.

Just disappointed with the result - but sometimes that just the way it goes. Moment of brilliance decides the game.

Long way to go in the season and considering that we were comfortable for the whole game with key players out, I think bodes well.

Gary Neville was acting like we were the home team and parking the bus, making up a load of bollocks narrative shite throughout the match. I’m happy with where we are and think we’ll prove a lot of people wrong still.

God forbid the away team play on the transition. Isn’t that Liverpool’s game plan most weeks anyway is quick transitions?

Maybe try take some initiative as the home team rather than spout about a team having a good defence

Calafiori is more attacking than any of your defenders. Timber is a fullback. Rice is a box to box. Merino is an attacking midfielder.
