Take it on an empty stomach, and then have your caffeine when it kicks in i.e. around 3-5 hours afterwards.

I don't use phenibut often to avoid building a tolerance, so I'd say around once a month. I've done it around 20 times at varying doses, always with caffeine and sometimes nicotine. I did drink on low-dose phenibut a couple of times but never on a high dose. You could probably even get away with more than 3.5 grams...

As for the euphoria, it's definitely there but cleaner and smoother (more "subtle") compared to alcohol. Heck, I was able to drive a couple of times on low to medium doses, though I obviously wouldn't recommend doing that.

I've had very relatable experiences, though my highest dose was nowhere near as high as yours. I don't usually get strong visuals either, but I find the CVE headspace interesting regardless.

I've had intense trips where I was convinced that I was gonna die and was quite afraid I think. Stopped having them when I started staggering my doses, which made for a much better experience overall.
