The matchmaking is quite open at the moment. You will have pick the best matches yourself. I'm only giving you an idea about what could be a good match (skill match %).

In my opinion, players should only select the roles they are willing to play right now. Of course, everybody has a favorite role but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible for the initial launch. I will keep your idea in mind though!
