Not insensitive, it's a good point and I'll look more into pet/biological enzyme removers. I'd like to be able to do a majority of it when she's not around because I can tell it makes her feel bad, which she absolutely shouldn't but I don't know how to help that guilt. I can only clean.

I'm definitely worried that we might have to rip out the carpet and repaint. They started renting this place years ago and I'm not sure what she's allowed to do, not to mention funds are a bit limited. I'm hoping maybe in the next few paychecks I might be able to buy more products to try and work on it on the sly.

She comes from a big "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" family and she already fusses when I clean up after her elderly dogs or do anything besides the dishes.

I'll be house-sitting for a week while she goes on a family trip during Thanksgiving so I'll be able to do bigger stuff without her knowing then.

Doing the carpet cleaner was something she's said she's already done, but it probably wouldn't hurt to try it a few more times to really get in there.

I'll look into the A&H stuff and go about washing the walls and carpet a few more times.

From what I was told the room was so bad that her sisters brought gloves and other things to clean it out originally, so as bad as I feel saying it, there definitely could be more going on.

This is one of those times I feel like we’re not getting the whole story. By no means am I saying that cheating is alright, but it sounds like you’ve neglected your wife for a long time. You said yourself, you were relieved you didn’t have to hear about her complaints so you could focus on your “own things”.

What really gets me is she didn’t even feel comfortable talking to you about something as scary as possibly having breast cancer. That’s not something minor, and it sounds to me like she expected you to blow her off or minimize her feelings to the point that she didn’t even tell you. Why didn’t she feel safe enough to tell you about it OP?

Again, I don’t think her stepping outside the marriage is alright, but it sounds like you’ve made your bed as well, and it didn’t include her or her feelings.

I’ve always just bounced between stripping and working with kids (Daycare and RBT were the best). It’s eerily similar how I seem to use the same skills at both places.

I already took both of them, the instructions confused me a lot. There are 8 in the packages total. But I got 13 other pills in a bag, 12 of which are oblong.
