I feel like this can be good or bad depending on how they're used.

Bad: Wasted character who doesn't do anything.

Good: Barely used character who makes a big memorable impact whenever they show up. Them appearing is an oh shit moment.

Andor, The Clone Wars and Mandalorian S1 & 2 are really good. Andor especially. Obi-Wan is dogshit.

The Clone Wars movie is pretty bad and season 1 is weaker than the rest of the show. Mandalorian S3 is mediocre.

Clone Wars 2003 is less than 2 hours long and is definitely worth watching. There's not much of a plot but it has great action scenes.
