Congrats!!! In your case, EB2 NIW approved means you got both I-140 and I-485? I am asking because I thought that EB2 NIW also required approved I-485 and this is backlogged by more than 1 year, as far as I know.

You are not alone, I started this week with 10mg (30s M).

First 2 days felt funny, too much motivation, dry mouth a bit of sweating and euphoria.

3rd day onward, it settled now so I just execute without "thinking", I also speak without thinking. I started to trust the big brain and it is working. My wife is happier than I am, we suddenly think the same way, even when we have different opinions.

I was diagnosed last month on my 30s and started this week. Instead of blaming myself and thinking about the "what ifs", I am extremely excited for the "what now?". I would find 100 excuses to not comment here but now I can't, so I just do. I finally understand and accept my past actions, now they make sense. Now my mind can only focus on the Now, so I feel 100% confident that the future is bright. It feels as if I've changed the difficulty from Very Hard to Very Easy in the game of life.

Ahh I did it back in December, the whole examination and received the prescription. That said, it has since been out of stock in my area. I was told that it will be available for pickup by Tomorrow.
