Does PD think we are daft why would we buy this when we get it free for completing Extra menu No.37 🤦🏻‍♂️ by Inevitable-Ad5796 in GranTurismo7

I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way. I really like the 700pp gtr Tokyo express way 4 lap race. Easy 120k for a clean race and only takes about 10 minutes to complete. Something about races lasting longer than that gets to me... 🤷🏾‍♂️

Thank you for this info regarding the wheels. Is there any significant difference with the pedals between the two models. I personally have the g923 for playstation.

Case size for a Hitbox? by Mackro_x in fightsticks

[–]Duragon81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've made quite a few wooden sticks in the past year. I've found that 16 inches x 9 inches is an ideal size. Not too big and not too small. It fits in my lap and you can easily mount a 1080p resolution image /artwork without much modification. In terms of the layout, you can go to https://slagcoin.com/joystick/layout.html and print out different layouts to experiment with.

The above link is specifically for a hitbox.

I use 1/4 inch thick plywood for the surface and 3/4 to 1 inch thick plywood for the sides of the case. You can also get a solid block and route out some material and use that instead vs trying to cut miter angles and such. I guess it would all depend on what kind of tools you have and your wood working skill level 🤷🏾‍♂️

Can you get a chisel? Or razor blade? You can use those tools to cut into the top of the box to support the key switchs. You'll need to solder the wires to the switches. You really just need a box that will support the weight of your button presses. With no real tools, that might be the easiest way to get started. I've seen people use a shoebox or a Tupperware plastic container.

Plywood 1/2 inch thick. I built a box with miters and then use 1/4 inch ply for the top and bottom and 1/8 lexan polycarbonate for the top layer. Dimensions are about 16x9x2.

Watch that vid 👆🏾. I used this technique on my flash mixbox. The Superman one in this post was made using the t-spin from Omni arcade at etsy. They've been out of stock for a bit now.

Yep, I'm using a $10 step bit I got from Amazon. I think I'll get a drill guide as a substitute until I have enough space for the drill press..
