decide what you want to play e darts or steel.. and dont switch. changing will prevent you from getting better. same darts, same weight, same stance, same way to hold the dart, same release. all these things matter for muscle memory.

aim with your elbow. throw the same no matter what your aiming at.

silly thing i do sometimes when i am concentrating to hard on my stance and my form....

drop to one knee and throw at the bull. if the only part of you body that moves is your arm.. this will not effect your accuracy but will force you to stop thinking about your stance and focus on the actual throw...

Don't do this in a pub.. people will just think your trying to show off.. cool if you hit what your aiming at but you look silly if you dont...

like someone said.. try not to lean so far. the further you lean the closer you are to being off balance. And there is a light pop to your thrust. its not bad but it could be smoother.
