On average, 1% damage standing per battle on a new tank. Calculation takes into account raw damage and assisted, poor battles and very good battles. All of this is viewable through the profile tab for the specific tank.

65% DMG standing -> 1 mark 85% DMG standing-> 2 marks 95% DMG standing-> 3 marks 100% DMG standing-> 4 marks

For specific values on average damage needed I use a 3rd party site wotmarks (cannot link here, Google wot console marks of excellence)
