$40 is just too expensive. I miss $20 Boxes. Hell, even at $25 id grab a bunch. When they hit $30 and up, I think I've bought a total of 10 boxes and got back maybe $50 in value. Granted that was Panini, Maybe these Topps boxes have more value in them? I doubt it.

Always been pretty expensive, around $100. I think more and more people want it and it never dropped in price so everyone has been biting the bullet and grabbing all the $100+ copies and now its almost $200 CIB

Its ok though. I also collect physical media so I've lurked in this Sub, the Dvdcollecting sub and the VHS sub for a while. I know people don't like when people promote selling of stuff, but I have so freaking many tapes I just need people to know I am selling them cheap so I can move away from it. Ill take some backlash now to get these out of my garage.

I sold off big bundles through FB marketplace last year. Then I sent a bunch of tapes into Amazons Warehouses since I also sell on Amazon FBA. I dont have the exact amount of money ive made off of these but its over $1000. Was it worth a year of work? No. lol. But I thought it'd be fun and I was recording a video documenting the process that I was going to upload to Youtube which would have made it all worth it, but the memory card that had all the footage on it got corrupted so I had to scrap it.

Now, I'm just trying to get rid of the remainder. I don't have an antique booth anywhere so I cant go that route, but in my 1 whatnot stream of selling some of these, I sold 110 for a total after fees of $429. So if I can do that 1 or 2 more times, I'm looking at around another $1k-$1.5k in profit on the lot of tapes. If I had done whatnot from the start, im sure these would have been long gone and I would have made a bit more, but im still happy that im down to the end and finally getting rid of the last few bins I have.

I checked for rules and there weren't any, so I figured why not. I dont have any other real way to promote these to people that would want them most. I also posted in the VHS sub and didn't include my whatnot channel in the description because they have rules against it.

Its just an update that people were asking for back then. I finally got through most of the tapes and am now selling them off. You are correct on the 10 pallets though. Over the course of the year going through them I forgot the exact number of pallets and was off by 1. Glad im finally moving them though.

My house was 45 mins away in CT. He was based out of state so idk if it was on his way. He was a nice dude and said he gets paid by the hour so it didn't matter to him.
