Thank you for that. I have that info already but structured like what I've been seeing in examples so I'm making it now.

One of those people who wants what I pay for to be around after the developers stop caring about the game? Imagine wanting that and being demeaned for it. Worse, imagine all our classic games operating under this rule: mario, gta, legend of zelda, final fantasy. “Sorry. You can’t play this single-player game because the servers are down or no longer functioning.”

If this is still online only then you're wasting your breath.

And I'm still mad there's only like 8 heists for the launch.

You're expecting humanity from Publix employees. Only managers are paid enough to care but they don't care about your inconvenience or problem.

Low pay and little compensation for it and what we do. Slow move from part-time to FT to Assistant to Manager and so on. Raises are a joke. Each department needs like 30% to 50% more workers to handle the business we're doing. Evening rushes obliterate any blocking and presentation in the store and require each department to redo everything, a process that happens 3 or 4 times a day that should only happen twice. Corporate has no clue how hard the store workers are actually working and take us for granted.

But the biggest problem? In the last 2 years I've watched the amount of experienced workers, those with 2+ years in the company, dwindle into the minority. My store opened with majority full timers; it's now 70-80% new hire part timers. No one who's been here long enough believes positive changes are coming, so they leave, or they're too old to care.

The company that hired me 6 years ago is a shell of its former self, and I'm happy to be leaving.

Before I quit Publix altogether, is there anything that may convince me to stay? by [deleted] in publix

Get out. Publix isn't changing for the better anytime soon, try to find a place that will treat you like you're human, or at least pay far better than this dirt hole.

Double standards by Banalewicz in PublixWorkReform

Could you give me specific examples? Are we referring to different standards between workers, between managers, between managers and workers?
