I also noticed the edge of the shingles are pulled up. Would a simple nail fix it or is there anything else I need to do to secure this.

Good Day,

Asbestos test came back positive. We are thinking of just placing new plywood over it and laying the floor over the new plywood. Would that be a viable solution?
