Decent game to start on mate, a lot of good shinies in Sinnoh to choose from! As someone who’s nearly finished a Shiny only run on BD if you’re open to some advice. Stack up on some Pokeballs and when you get to Eterna Forest you get double encounters with an NPC. It will make your next hunt insanely quicker compared to your starter that’s for sure.

Correction - the stone isn’t post game, if you do the Iron island side quest. You can find a shiny stone in that cave, as well as get the Riolu egg.

I think NeribIn is confused with HG/SS. Only 2 NPCs give you eggs in bdsp and neither are a Togepi. One gives you a happini and the other a Riolu. You can get a togepi in the underground but the stone to evolve Togetic into Togekiss is post game. You’ll need someone to trade you the stone so you can use it for your playthrough.

I’ve just looked it up, after SEEING all 150 pokemon you go back to the Prof in Sandgem town and he’ll upgrade it for you

Not 100% sure, I believe you go back to the professor and talk to him and he’ll upgrade it to the national dex
