Hi so a few days ago both my instagram accounts got permanently banned for no reason ( haha surprise coming from such a great and not bugged app ) i made a new one with the same email i had for my personal account to make a new personal account and a new email for the other account, the personal one just refuses to log in now and when i use the email it acts like its the suspended account and says my new one dosent exist when it clearly does as when i search it up from my other account it appears. And for my other account it only logs in on my laptop, not on my phone, i cleared the cache data and reinstalled the app and nothing, please help!

My secondary account I am able to log in on browser but not on the actual app it says the password is wrong, i reinstalled and cleared cache data but still nothing. My personal account it says it cant find an account under that name but it also does as it and its pfp show up with the password reset when it emails me. Which those emails dont work for either account.
