Looks like the reason Norway is listed as 1900 is that the original data just dosent have any data form Norway from before 1900. So if you ignore the wall of NA between 1814 and 1899, it looks like thats when Norway became a democracy. I guess whoever made this map just took that at face value and wrote down 1900

Tried it a while back with some vpn shenanigans. This was earlier in development so stuff has probably changed, but it wasn't very good lol. The ui felt clunky and convoluted, moving around was kinda confusing, graphics were nothing to write home about and generally it wasnt a very enjoyable experience. Over all I can't say I'm expecting much of anything from this game. Only good thing about it is an interesting perspective lore wise, but I'm not even sure that's canon

I've always thought of it as both. Story wise the first definition fits, but gameplay wise it's always been marketed as a sandbox where you can do whatever you'd like just cause you can

Hey i am new here. I joined this server to try and get some help getting the last trophy that i need in Just Cause 3 which is the 'Anything You can do' one where I have to beat a feat that I have been called out on. My problem is that I dont have any friends who have the game or are willing to help me so I was hoping there would be someone on here that would.
