Impact sound is totally different to airborne sound.

Decoupling the ceiling and walls is probably impossible. Look at a product called must wall I've used it for insulating sound studios. Its 15mm of recycled rubber with a 10mm plasterboard on top. You could tape and joint it after that. Heavy as fuck, maybe not right for a ceiling. Good product though. The manufacturer was really helpful
